Sessions may include structured breathing methods, light movement/mobility, visual refocus techniques, and quick recovery tools with no fitness level required. Employees learn practical 1–2 minute reset techniques they can use between sessions to manage stress, regain focus, and return to work feeling clearer.

Scheduling is handled for you. The organizer selects a monthly session block (typically 60–180 minutes), then shares a secure sign-up link internally so employees can choose a 30-minute reset wave. Each wave is capped to keep groups small and supported, and Zoom links are automatically included in confirmations.
