Welcome to WorkShift Wellness (“WorkShift Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing workshiftwellness.com (the “Site”) or booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.
1) Services
WorkShift Wellness provides live, virtual workplace wellness sessions delivered via Zoom (“Services”). Services may include structured breathing methods, desk-friendly movement, visual refocus techniques, and recovery tools designed to support stress regulation and focus.
WorkShift Wellness does not provide medical care, physical therapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
2) Eligibility
Services are intended for adults (18+). By booking or participating, you confirm you are eligible and able to participate safely.
3) Booking and Scheduling
Appointments may be booked through our scheduling system. For organization-based programs, WorkShift Wellness may provide a secure sign-up link for employees to select session times.
Complimentary Preview Sessions are intended for organizational decision makers (HR, People Ops, Operations, and leadership) to evaluate fit for WorkShift Wellness.
4) Rescheduling and Cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. To protect scheduling availability, each organization may request up to two (2) reschedules or cancellations per calendar quarter. Additional reschedule/cancellation requests may be declined, and the affected session may be forfeited without refund.
No Rollovers: Monthly sessions must be used within the scheduled month. Unused or missed sessions do not roll over to future months.
5) Payments (If Applicable)
Paid services may require payment in advance and are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Any applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented prior to purchase or included in your service agreement.
6) Assumption of Risk
Participation in wellness activities involves inherent risks. You agree to participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation. You are responsible for consulting a qualified professional if you have any medical concerns or conditions.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkShift Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount paid to WorkShift Wellness for the Services giving rise to the claim (or $100 if no payment was made).
8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, branding, and session materials) is owned by WorkShift Wellness and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9) Privacy
Your use of the Site and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
